Personal subscriptions are billed through the app store you subscribed with. On iPhone: open Settings, tap your name, tap Subscriptions, select StudioPilot, then Cancel Subscription. On Android: open the Google Play Store, tap your profile icon, tap Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions, select StudioPilot, then Cancel. Your access continues until the end of the current billing period.

Studio subscriptions are billed by card, not through an app store, so they are cancelled on the web. Sign in at app.studiopilotapp.com, open your studio’s Billing page, and choose Cancel subscription. Your studio stays active until the end of the period you have paid for, and you can turn the cancellation off any time before then. Nothing is deleted — your classes, locations and history are kept.

In the app, go to Settings and tap Delete Account. This permanently removes your personal information. Deleting your account does not cancel an active subscription — cancel that separately: a personal subscription in the App Store or Google Play, a studio subscription on its Billing page in the web console (see above).

On the login screen, tap Forgot Password and enter your email to receive a reset link. If you originally signed in with Apple or Google, you don’t have a password — just use that same Sign in with Apple or Google button to log back in.

First, make sure you’re signed in with the same account you subscribed on. Then open the app and tap Restore Purchases on the paywall screen. If it still doesn’t appear after a minute, email us and we’ll sort it out.
